Q. would I be sinful for not wearing niqab? Please, simple yes or  no would be fine.

• Woman (and men) would be sinful for not cladding themselves in accordance to religious demands.
• Niqab (facial covering) is a must if there is possibility of fitnah.
• If possibility of fitna does not exit due to age, etc. and it is safe to adorn, then in such a situation the niqab should be maintained. (Social embarrassment would not function as a plausible excuse.)
