A: 1) Hair extensions cannot be worn. They function as deception.

2) If one sells such hair (fibers), one cannot sell the hair of humans or that of pigs. (nor can a person wear the hair of another human.) Synthetic fibers would be allowed for sale.  However, Muslims must avoid adorning themselves with such material, even though they may be allowed to sell it.
