A1: Kissing as defined as a kiss is allowed. Best not to do so on all parts of the body. A kiss without the acceptance of impure (najis) fluid (s) into the mouth is allowed between halal partners. (najis: urine, blood, puss, sperm, etc.)

(To kiss your mother or child and therafter place that same mouth upon inappropriate body parts and accept najis into the mouth may not be in your best interest.)

A2: With limitations. If it must be done due to matters beyond one’s control, perversions, etc. then one must ensure the prevention of seminal fluids into the mouth. Likewise, impure fluids must not be placed into the mouth and swallowed. (Place pure things in your bodies for consumption. This would result in good actions. Derived from Ayah, hadith, etc.)

If such a practice is inevitable and fluid must be deposited into the mouth of a spouse (m or f) due to some uncontrollable nature of the event, then in such a situation the organ that is lapped should have a layering (such that of a condom etc.) so as to prevent secretions into a mouth (of a dignified human.)

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. The mouth has unique value. Let us not degrade it beyond the necessary.
