A: For woman to wear contact lenses for fashion purposes as mentioned by you would be incorrect. A woman’s beauty should not be exposed as outlined by these ’25’ woman. Women are not to make themselves attention getters. This is against the dignity of woman as outlined in the Quran. (See 22nd juzz)
By contrast, if a woman needs to wear contact lenses, it should be colorless or having a very light tint for identifying purposes. If a change of eye color is needed, it should be worn within the parameters of her family and not for strange men/people.

p.s. Some things just look tacky. So act with caution. Hair color and eye color is generally correlated. Black hair with fake blue or green eyes. Biologically not highly probable.
