Q: what is your opinion of religious private schooling (islam)? i have a child that is 7 and 10. Any school you recommend (text)

A: If Allah has blessed you with the finances to afford a private school for your children, coupled with the fact that the standard of education at this private school has proven to award greater success to the child than that of another school; also coupled is the fact that the manners inculated to the child would be of superior quality at this ‘religious private school,’ then to send the child to such a private school would be allowed and rewarding.
We are to spend our resousres in the promotion of all good, a childs education that becomes later linked to ones religion could very well attain a parent a greater paradise for a parent(s.)

Research the school, its morals, it student roll, diversity of student body, teacher behavior, teacher honor and teacher dress, teacher educational background, subjects of interest in releation to the needs of your children, those that have graduated from it and their adaptive nature to the general environment, workforce, other schools, etc. — review all this and more in a fair and objective manner to ensure your success and the success of your child.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. I am fan of public school with religion being thought at the home.  In my opinion, it is not always for a school to teach my child religion (if i had a child), most schools do not do a good task anyway, unless they employ people that have a solid education in the religious field(s) they are teaching. Until such a point, ‘religious schooling’ remains deceptive and functions only as possible mental comfort.
