A: It is forbidden to deal in things that are harmful with the direct intent to hurt any creature of Allah (swt).

Such behavior on the part of the seller is also against the values of Islam. One must use their resources in a positive manner. Such sellers are contaminating their faith, earnings and families. They must amend their ways for greater spiritual success.
