Q: I was angry and said words of kufr. I regret it. I also performed zohr salah that day. Before salah I did take the shadah. I did not have a bath after taking the new shahadah. What’s the status of my salah?
A: The salah would go through so long as your whudhu was not negated by those factors that disrupt it.

In your case, whudhu would have been nice to make, but it was not necessary.

Added note: Whenever we use foul language, etc. it is always nice to make whudhu, this would also calm a wrestles mind/person.
