A: Yes, one can wax their body.

To seek the assistance of anyone besides her husband for the touching of her entire body for the removal of unwanted hairs would be haram (forbidden).

A single lady would have to do her own waxing/removal of hairs. She cannot depend of others to touch aspects that are viewed as awrah (private.)

p.s. It is beyond me why a single male would send us this question! Just in case: For a man to wax his body by himself would be viewed as makrooh. It would be Haram for him to have another person touch parts of his body that are viewed as private! (awrah.)
