Q. My friend (close) and i buy and sell things together. The agreement is as that the seller of the item gets 70% and the reminder 30% goes to the other person. Sometimes I sell the item, sometimes my partner sells it. Is this fair or is a partnership limited to 50-50 between two persons? Ex: seller sells the game for $300. Cost is $100. Out of the $100, 50% is mine, and 50% is hers. Seller keeps $210….
