Q. If a woman cannot stay with her brother in law, and I have no other mahram, would I or could stay in a dorm? Since I have no person at all. In such a situation what would be best for me to do?

Answer: An all female dormitory would be preferred in such a situation. If possible, stay with other Muslimahs.

This is not recommended Islamic practice, but if this is the choices we are to choose form, then such would be our answer.
