Q: mother passed away. she left behind lots of money alhamdulillah. Some say we must use her money on feeding people that will be comming from all over to give her most rewrd. some saying we must use our own monyey  Can you clear it up for us? haram ya? halal?

• To feed guests out of politeness is acceptable behavior.
• One should spend their own money.
• They cannot use the money of the deceased to do so.
