Q: Is eating easter eggs haram? Jazakalahh  (text)

A: If a person consumes an Easter egg that has halal ingredients in it  without any religious connotations attributed towards the candy or Easter egg , then it would be permissible. If a person eat it while linking it to the resurrection of Jesus (Issa) (pbuh), then it would be incorrect to eat or celebrate such an occurrence.
