Q: keep a stubble n it’s not a beard however during Ramadan I trimmed it only once so my question is am I allowed to shape or trimm my stubble for Eid ul fitr?

A: If Allah (SWT) has given you the ability to grow a bread as per sunnah, you should do so.

One can trim and cut as well as shape areas that are not part of the bearded area while one is growing it out.
