Q: As Salaam Alykum, I would like to start by praising almighty Allah (SWT) the most merciful and compassionate. Secondly, I would like to thank you and praise you for doing a such great job reciting the Qura`n Kareem during the traveh prayers. May Allah protect you and bless you for communicating his message and refreshing our Iman and taqua.
Sheikh, my question is very tough. I know the answer but, I would like you to shed some light on this according to Quran and Sunnah and the hadith of our beloved prophet (SAW).
The question is; when Muslim women marry a non-believer (idol worshipper) and the husband does not convert to Islam, if she dies during this time can the salat ul jinazah be performed?

A: ?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????
I appreciate your kind words. I accept them as part of a dua. Allah (SWT) has kept hidden my wrongs and only manifested a little of my good side to you. May Allah (SWT) make me a better person, Inshallah, amen.
A muslim male and female cannot marry an idol worshiper (As per Quran). A person insisting on such a marriage and denouncing the Quran on this matter would become a disbeliever. In such a situation there would be no janazah salah for a disbeliever.
Should a person marry a mushrik and not denounce the Quran, this person would still be a muslim, but viewed an open sinner (kabaair.) Due to the person being in a continual state of zina (adultery) the janazah salah should not be performed by the senior imaam or any person of repute. It should be performed by the most ordinary of person. Such a janazah salah should not be announced, for it is a disgrace to the one that has died and the community.
We should pray that Allah (SWT) saves us from such marriages, Ameen.
Allah Certainly Knows Best.
