major impurity… salah… employment

Q: I needed a fard bath. i did not know until i want to work that i needed a fard bath. Can i pray my salah?

A: In a state of major impurity one cannot perform any salah. You have to have a bath and perform your salah, you would also have to do qadha of your missed salah, and those salah you performed in the state of impurity (junub).

i am still a wise person

Q: Asalamu alaykum imam (muhammad) shoyab.
So I just got my wisdom teeth taken out and the bleeding has not stop do I make wudu or wait until it stops? (text)

A: ?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????

Should the bleeding not stop,  make fresh wudhu anyway and perform your salah before the end of that given salah time.  This general rule would apply for every salah you are to perform until your bleeding stops.

Example: Should the salah time of that given salah (eg Asr) end at 3:30, then merely perform it at 3:20.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

(This fresh whudu each time can be used to touch the Quran, etc.)

Q:
ASA,
1) Islamically, does a person have the right to hack into someones computer and 2)what should you do if you think they are?

A: 1)   ?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????

kindly read this and this for the first part of our response to the first part of your question.

A:2)

To merely ‘think’ someone is hacking is not sufficient proof in Islam. In Islam, you need concrete evidence to substantiate your claim. Continue Reading →

?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????

Marriage is not a joke. Nikah goes through between those you are permitted to marry. A male need not get approval from his parents, even though we agree that it is best to do so.

To remove aspects of allegation or doubt, you can reaffirm your nikah by redoing it in the presence of your family, etc.  Based on the manner in which you have stated your case, reaffirming your nikah would function in your best interest.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. Next time reflect upon matters that have in them the possibility of ruining your reputation, or the reputation of those around you. Matters are not merely only limited to aspects pertaining to halal (permissible.) Matters go deeper, and we must understand this form the onset, so as to reduce our personal anxieties, etc.

mucus and ear wax

Q: Is the stuff that comes out of your ear impure? Isthe  thick layer of mucus impure? Does it break Whudhu?

A: The wax ( or dirt) removed from your ear is not impure. Mucus itself is not impure. (Mucus mixed with blood, etc would be a different matter.)

These are not breakers of whudhu.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

can stealing be forgiven in islam?

Q: can stealing be forgiven in Islam?

A: Once you have asked the person you have stolen from for forgiveness or after you have compensated the infringed upon party, you would gain your forgiveness.

(Alternatively, infringed upon parties can forgive all persons indiscriminately without even being asked to do so. In the process of them doing so, you would gain your forgiveness.)

It is best to repay the party whose rights you have violated. Without doing so, one cannot be guaranteed forgiveness.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. in western countries, kindly consult your attorney prior to making a confession pertaining to criminal actions.
