• For your father,  the eldest son would have the first right with burial decision

• For your mother, your father would have the first right should he be alive

• For your mother, you would have the right if you are the eldest son and your father has passed away

• Should your mother not have any son, the wali (closest responsible guardian) would assume the role of responsibility
