Q: My dad has done a lot of good for us. i really want to do something for him. Can I do a qurban for him? Can i do it in Jordan for him or it must bein USA?

A: If your dad is not doing a ‘qurban’ then you must seek his permission before you can do it for him. By contrast, if he is doing a sacrifice and you wish to do an additional one for him as part of nafl, then to do this additional one without his consent would be valid and rewarding for him.

If your father has passed away, then no request would be sort and doing it for him would be greatly rewarding for him.

You can do it in either countries depending on the situation above that pertains to you and your father.
