Q: salam
Does crying profusely in salah invalidate your salah??? if your crying because lets say you hears a verse on hell fire? you dont know the full meaning but you hear NAAR and the fear of Allah come into you and makes you sob like a baby and all can hear??? is this good to do is congregation? whats the ruling?

Cry profusely itself is not a breaker of salah.
One must not utter words such as uf, ah, uh or cry due to pain (leg, headache, etc.) The crying must be as mentioned by you, due to the fear of fire of hell, and it’s like.
Advice:
Such crying must not be planned. It must be natural and not forced. If one feels that they are going to distract others as a result of their crying, then they should stand in an area that does not cause a distraction to others. If the Imaam breaks down a lot, he should read those Ayahs that would limit his profuse crying whenever possible. However, in his private prayers, he could extent his tears without the pre-planning of them and using words such as uf, ah, etc.
Crying in salah is as a result of Mercy from Allah. May Allah always bless you.
