A: Our entire bodies belong to Allah. To dispose of any blood (or body part) in the manner we chose would be wrong. to give blood in order to save the life of another human – preferably a pious human as opposed to one that would take your blood and use it against your faith –  remains permissible. In a life and death situation giving blood is allowed in Islam.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.
