I have 3 questions

Question 1) my first question is why does Islam not allow dating

Islam does not sanction Zina or anything that remotely resembles it or dating out of marriage. The matter has been covered prior. Kindly go to the following links for clarification.

Question 2) Do we believe in love marriage or only arranged marriage

Answer: One should love the one they are to marry. Kindly go to the following: Once a match has  been found, it can be arranged in the healthy Islamic manner.

Question 3) My finale question is is it permissible for a man to have earrings
Answer: No. Men must resemble men, woman must resemble woman. If due  to illness a man must wear a medically santioned ear ring(s), then religion would allow for it.
