Since when a man cannot bury his wife? i have yet to see dead muslim wives/woman waiting to be buried.

You are confusing touching of a wife and the burring of a wife. Islam does not allow for the husband to touch her, merely because the relationship has terminated and therefore, she now falls in the category of being a ‘stranger.’ As we are aware, men cannot touch strange woman. (Exceptions to the rule do apply.)
