A: No. It would count as qadha for you. It would go through as having completed your fard. Do not make this a habit. To delay salah can be a sign of hypocrisy.

The above applies to the matter of Zohr and Asr, kindly do not think that this would apply for every salah done in this manner. Example, asr and magrib, etc.
