i wanna be an organizational leader

Questions:

Asalamualikom,

I hope inshAllah you are in best of health. 1) A friend and I were recently having a discussion about whether a woman can be a president of an organization and be a leader. 2) Which she stuck to her point that women cannot be leaders because she cannot be sheik and because she is a “woman”. 3) I however strongly disagree because the reason a woman cannot be an Imaam is because of her menses. 4) However if a muslim woman can go to school to get education in a proper hijab and be involved in activities why can she not be a leader of an organization for a good cause?

It was narrated from Anas ibn Maalik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) used to pray Jumu‘ah when the sun had passed the meridian. Narrated by al-Bukhaari (no. 904)

1-Imam Al-Shafi says in his Famous Book  called the “Al-Umm” (the Mother of Sciences) volume 1 page 223

The late Mufti of Saudi Arabia Sh.Bin Baaz said”it is better to pray after zawal to avoid controversy because majority of the scholars indicate that it should be done after zawal”

Ibn Rajab in his commentary of the Bukhari being a Hanbali states a statement by Imam Ahmed that it (Friday Prayer) should not be done but after Zawal.

The Kuwaiti Islamic Ministry encyclopedia of Fiqh states

“The strongest opinion followed by the majority is that the time of Friday is the same time of Zuhr Prayer”

stop with this stuff!

A.O.A. How do you do?
I have commited gunah-e-kabeera. (major sin)  I was in a relationship with a guy, not completely but he XXXXXXX, touch and kissed me. (no intercourse) I loved him, but he used me. when i said him for marriage, he denied and asked me to go away. i am feeling guilty now, why would it happened with me? what do i do now? my mind is shattering as all doors are closed for me. But i believe, Allah will forgive me, and accept my apology. Please tell me proper way. can i start a job in multinational company? how can i get rid of this guilt, please help me….

People of the Book

Q:

I heard that Mormons are not considered People of the Book. Is this true, and if so, why is this? Mormons believe in the Bible and also uphold many traditional Christian values, so why would they not be characterized as People of the Book in the same way as other Christians and Jews?


A:
In the strictest sense of the word, People of the book is defined as Jews and Christians. It can also be inclusive of those that have followed legitimate books and prophets up until the final messenger for a given people.

This is where the problem occurs:

Mormons believe in a continual prophet as well as an ammended bible in comparison to the original torah and bible. Thus, such behavior functions as a breakawy away from the definiiotion of what is termed as ‘people of the book’ as per quran.
Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. As muslims we apprecaite the similarities Mormons and Muslims share, however, the above is a respose as per religion Al-Islam.
