A: You seem to be of the assumption that is a permitted Islamic action to masturbate during nights or even possibly out of the month of Ramadan. This is not the correct view.
A masturbating person negates their fast if done during fasting hours and makes compensation necessary. A person masturbating at night reduces the reward that is to be showered upon the person at night and lowers the quality of their reward during the blessed month of fasting. It also weakens the body and forces the person to possibly oversleep.
The fast would go through despite you starting your fast without a true cleansing.
