Assalamu Alaykum,

I have a request, if your website could post this concern that would be great. There is a restaurant in Salt Lake called Cafe Rio that is popular among many Muslims. Their tortilla, used in most of the dishes (especially the salad) contains lard (pig fat). I just found out and I thought this would be the best way to get the message out.
