Q. I (regrettably) missed my Isha prayer.

For makeup, do I pray just the Fard and Witr?
A. The general sequence is as follows for the person who missed the Isha prayer: you would pray your Isha first, then you would preferably perform your sunnah salaah.

Thereafter, you would join the taraweeh prayer. Later, the witr would be performed. You could very well read your witr on your own should you continue to read your missed taraweeh rakats as a priority.
