Q: A Muslim woman from Iraq & her 3 children are living with my husband. He left me for her but we are still married. Is this not illegal in the Muslim religion?

A: For man to be with another woman while not being married (nikah) to her is forbidden. For him to not fulfill your rights while being married to you is also forbidden.
