Q. What are the duas between the two sajidas?

A. The following is mustahab and should be recited while sitting between the two sajdahs:

??????????? ??????? ???? ????????????? ??????????? ??????????? ????????????? ????????????? ????????????

O Allah forgive me, have mercy upon me, grant me ease in my well being , guide me (to the strainght part), grant me sustenance, mend my losses, and grant me a high position (in the hereafter, more then in this world).

Or one can merely just recite a portion of it with the following words:

??????????? ??????? ???? ????????????? ??????????? ??????????? ?????????????

O Allah forgive me, have mercy upon me, grant me ease in my well being, guide me (to the strainght part), grant me sustenance.

This dua can help one become independent and less needy upon people.
