Q: I did jummah paryer at MSA. i am what they call hermaphrodite. The khateeb told me not come. did he have the right to do so?  (text)

A: If you are more male than female in your resemblance, then you would stand with the men. If you are more female than male in resemblance, you would stand with the female.

If it is difficult to distinguish your features, then you would stand between the men and woman. In other words, the rows between the male and female.

If the religion does not stop you from attending, i see no justification for anyone else in preventing you to do so.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.
