‘dua for children under the age of puberty,’ dua after salah, etc.

Q: Assalamualikum Warahmatullahi Wabarkatu

1) What is the ruling regarding the permissibility of dua for children under the age of puberty at the grave yard?

2)If it is permissible, are there any restrictions which type of dua can only recited and not all duas (example: dua e magfirat should not be make for child because he is sinless or can make dua of shifaat for us and nothing else)?

3) In general, what is the ruling regarding imam making dua after fard salah with jamaah? Is it also necessary that a khutbah and speech should read before doing any dua with congregation?

yes you have rights, need to go to the right place

Q: As Salaamu Alaikum,

I have been separated  from my husband since last  January 21, 201o.
He refuses to gives me divorce. I have 3 very small children that he does  not support. I also got married in the American court. I really want this man out of my life. I have seen some local Imams, who are not helping me. They just tell me they have no right/power to give me khula’.  Allah, swt, always makes a way. I don’t believe this  is  haqq. This  seems wrong for me to  to sit here and be tied to a man that does not supp0rt me, or my children. I left him because he is a dangerous person. Can someone give me khula’? I am in another state, but the leaders here are not concerned about this issue.  I need freedom.

Salaam,
(name omitted by site)

After six years we moved to Alaska and found Islam. Alhumdulilah. However; we were unable to keep the teaching and guidance for failure of the masjid. There was no one to continue to Continue Reading →

Here are what some call: ‘set up questions for interfaith students’

Questions:
I wrote earlier, but my question wasn’t responded to. But on reflection I have several questions, and I would really like a response in order to better understand the Muslim (Islamic) religion, and the general culture of the people who follow it. Please do not think that I am judging you, or begin cruel, but there are conflicts between what I have been taught, and what I have seen, and I believe that in order to form an honest opinion about Muslims, I should probably ask you about your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs. Again, I have hundreds of questions about Islam, but I will limit myself to 3, for now. Continue Reading →
