Fajr: latest one can perform it is prior to sunrise.

It is not recommended that you wait for its latest time (i.e sunrise.) It is best for women to perform their salah at the beginning of its salah time. However, if this is difficult, then the latest Fajr can be performed is prior to sunrise.

Dhuhr: latest one can perform it is prior to Asr.

Under ideal conditions, you should try and be done with your Dhuhr salah prior to an object becoming a shadow of itself. However, if this cannot be done, then one should perform their Dhuhr prior to an object becoming double its shadow. You must be consistent in the aspect of the shadows. Double shadow method would give more time to perform your Dhuhr. (Thus, type in the Hanafee time sort for Asr on your time request chart, and you shall get the later time. As you can tell, difference of opinion can sometimes assist us!)

The latter method would also be ideal for those that are in school, college, work, etc.

To intentionally delay any salah without a valid reason is a sign of laziness and possible hypocrisy. We should refrain from delay in our prayers without any valid reason.

May Allah keep you and the rest of us steadfast on our prayers, Ameen.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.
