Q:Men use khojal? Or only woman?

A: Both genders can use it. It is part of sunnah.

It proves beneficial for the eyes.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

Recommendation: It is better for men with beards to wear it then little boys or men with female features. We have enough sickos in this world to contend with. If we add female looking men to the mix, it just make matters worse and encourages sick behavior/thoughts on the part of some.
