A: ?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????

Professors return students their exam papers. Once the exam papers are handed back to you, you can do as you please with it. You can burn it, give it to a friend, etc. Should you acquire the previous years test in such a manner, it would be permissible. Should it be from a legal test bank, or data base, that too would be allowed. Professors are aware of this.

Professors sometimes want you to study off the previous exams, so as to make you aware of the data they need for you to master. Good professors change the exam. Be as it may, so long as you did not do anything illegal to attain the test, then it is allowed for you to view it as per question above.

Allah Certainly Knows Best

p.s. Best of luck to all our students. Study hard. Pray hard. Be of service to humanity!
