?????? ????? ????? ???? ???????

A fellow student and I were discussing things that would increase memory (for Hifz and college classes) and one of the things mentioned that an Imam recommended to him was to eat 21 raisins, glass of milk at night, and honey.
Are there other dietary instructions of how to increase one’s memory?

Although our advice would not be diet-bound, it functions as a good spiritual regiment.

Abstain from sin. Avoid negative thoughts. Do not eat haram. Avoid lies and gossip. Keep good company. Protect your eyes from seeing the forbidden. Respect the Imaan Allah (Subhanahu Wata’Ala) has bestowed upon you by doing noble actions.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. it need not be exactly 21 raisins. But raisins are beneficial for body and mind, so are almonds, milk, etc.
