Know the following for your eventual exam. (No clue yet when it is to take place. Kind of like how we don’t know when the real Day of Judgment is to occur.) Fact: do not turn your exam grade into a mini Qiyamah.

1. What is the phrase kalimah comprised of? (*hint*three things!)
2. Why is the concept of  ???   ????    ?????? important ?   (No brainer question! If you don’t know, read on.)
3. What are the signs of  ???   ????   ??????? (Sorry to insult you again with a simple question. But I just want my students to be happy! Sure!)
4. Definition of ???? and ???? ????  What signs each of them accept as well as does not accept? How does it differ from ??? ??????
5. Know  ?????  and ????  and the signs they each would and would not take.
6. How is ????? made from a  ????  What are the signs of each. How does a change take place from one to the other? How does knowing this help to use a dictionary?
7. What is ???? ????? (I used another word in class in place of this word, (what was it sleepy head! Applies to only the one that sleeps in class. Example, those who cannot translate the in class used phrase ?? ??? ???)
8. What is ???? ?????
9. What is ??? ???? ?????
10. What is a ??? ?????
11. What is ???   …… what does it look for?
12. Examples of ??? (we used another word for it in class, what was it?!)
13. Give me examples of ???   ??????
14. ?? (and its sisters) are followed by what signs?
15. ??? (and its sisters)  are followed by what signs?
16. When you see an Arabic word, what must you look to find out about that word?
17. When you see a sentence, what must you look for to make it an intelligible sentence?
18. Knows the scales, he (1 male/female, two males/females, many males/females) etc.

If I am in a rotten mood, or an over happy mood, I would give you any of the Arabic text we are using and ask you to apply the above rules. If I am in an average mood, you may not get a test at all!

In a real school, they would never make it this easy for you. I am helping you, so be kind and help yourself by knowing the above.
