Solution: Dont miss it

Question: Assalaamu’Alaikum wa Rahmatullaahi wa Barakatuhu.
I heard that if a person misses their Fajr prayer, when they make it up they have to pray both Nafl and Sunnah?
JazakAllahu  kullu khair.

Answer: ?????? ?????? ????? ???? ???????

There is no nafl that is attached to Fajr. There are two rakats of sunnah (known as sunnah muakadah) before the fajr prayers. These two rakats should be read prior to the Fajr Salaah. If missed, it can be done immediatly after sunrise. Due to there not being any prayer immediatly after Fajr, to perform it after the Fajr Salaah is makrooh. To perform it after sunrise would be best, if one had lapsed in this duty.
