Q: can janazah salah be read in the musjid? i follow imaam maliks rules of fatwa. (Text)
A: According to imaam Malik and imaam Abu hanifa, Janazah salah should not be performed in the musjid.

Whenever you have one group prohibiting something, and another giving an option of permissibly, we should try and go in the area of safety.

Only in extreme circumstances should we allow for its occurrence. Under general circumstances, it would be best to restrict the use of musjid to ‘living beings’ that have control of the bodily systems, removal of what comes out of the body, etc. This is more clean and just better.
