A woman can have her body waxed by another muslimah-female. The one doing the waxing cannot touch that which is private. Such waxing will not be inclusive of the entire body and be limited — eg hands, face, feet area, etc.

A: Yes, one can wax their body.

To seek the assistance of anyone besides her husband for the touching of her entire body for the removal of unwanted hairs would be haram (forbidden).

A single lady would have to do her own waxing/removal of hairs. She cannot depend of others to touch aspects that are viewed as awrah (private.)
