Q: Hi I calculated my zakat on ur website zakat calculater.the answer was £0.00.can u please reply to me my email is as above and this is how i did it,I put value of my gold which is £12,240 in value any my debt are 100000 and then the answer was £0.00 is this right please let me now if I did this right jazakallah khair

A: Although on paper you may not qualify to give zakah, if your debt is fixed, it would be best for you to give zakah.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

Or else, no one in today’s would take care of the poor!
