A: One does not need to know the name of the parents of the one they are sacrificing for. Nor does one need to take the name of one’s partial or entire lineage when slaughtering for a particular person.

Merely seek permission from your grandma before you slaughter for her. If she has passed away, you can do a sacrifice on her behalf.
