I have heard that u r not allowed to shower if u r fasting cuz the water will go inside ur body through ur ear nose and maybe ur mouth

One can shower while fasting. One must ensure that water does not go down the throat. One must also ensure that water does not go beyond the soft portion of the upper part of the nostril.
Use the water lightly so as to ensure that water does not go where it should not go.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. If one needs to shower and they do not shower because they are fasting, how can they perform their salah ?! Showering can be done, jsut be more cautious.
