My question is:
What is the procedure to get married at the mosque? I mean the most simple and basic marriage.

• Bring legal marriage certificate from the state office. (We do not wish to go above the law of the land.)
• Come with two (preferably parental and family) witnesses.
• Have the Mehr amount planned and discussed between marital parties.
• My fees: free. Or better yet, as for payment: be on time. I do not prefer to sit waiting for hours for parties that cannot find the right shade of makeup to impress their guests. Delay disrupts other appointments.
