Allah (SWT) has blessed you in assisting you to make good choices with regards to prayers and your time.

1) Perform the outstanding salah in order. You should read the first missed ones first (if possible.)

2) Under ideal conditions, you would perform all of them as soon as possible. Rather than reading nafl salah and ghair muakada (those salah that are not wajib or obligatory.) You should perform the fard and witr you owe to Allah (SWT) as your primary concern.

Easy way out: Best to read each missed salah before the given salah of the day; this would eliminate confusion and not exhaust you. Kindly read this and this for added clarity.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.

p.s. Shafees would not need to perform the witr that was missed. Doing so would prove more noble, but need for it would not exist for them.
