Q: What is more preferred. Long hair or short hair for men? (text)

A: It is sunnah to have long hair with its appropriate length. This is for men that also have beards and follow the fard and other important sunnah. It must also be neat and well oiled as the sunnah required.

For the rest of Muslim men, short hair would be best. Easier to maintain and they need to follow other fard/wajib before they can opt for the sunnah of zulfa (growing the hair longer.)
