im talaaq my daughters was living with me .the eldest wants to nikah but she is not on speaking terms with me.Can i refuse to be her wali to nikah?

Just because a child does not talk to a parent does not give the parent the right to act like a child. Find grounds of commonality and initiate conversation.

As a parent, put your differences aside for the greater good of your child. If you are the father, it is your duty to play an active role in ensuring that her spouse is indeed for her best interest. Ensure that they are compatible in matters of deen (religion) wealth, background and other aspects that create success for a healthy and positive outcome.

Allah Certainly Knows Best.
