A: Under general circumstances, one cannot make a decision on hearing just one side of the issue. Rasulullah (SAW) used to call the other side and always be fair in His (SAW) decision. One is always welcome to listen to one side, one should never form an opinion on one sided issues. This can hurt your imaan (Faith) and possibly hurt an innocent party.
